Kazan, Russia, will be hosts for the next FINA World Championships in 2015.
Guadalajara, Mexico, will host the World Championships in 2017.
Host cities for a series of Junior World Championship events in 2015 and 2016, as well as the destinations for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games water polo qualification tournaments, have been announced by the International Aquatics Federation (FINA).

2014, 9-14 September, diving Championships – Penza, Russia
2014, 2-10 August, men's World Youth Water Polo Championships – Istanbul
2014, 25-31 August, women's World Youth Water Polo Championships – Madrid
2014, 28-30 August, Eilat, Israel will host the second ever open water event.
2015 men's Water Polo World League Super Final – Italy: Bergamo or Rome
2016 men's Water Polo Olympic Games Qualification Tournament - Florence
2016 women's Water Polo Olympic Games Qualification Tournament - the Netherlands
2016 men's World Youth Water Polo Championships – Budva in Montenegro
2016 women's World Youth Water Polo Championships – Auckland
